Edmund Nel joined the WIS family in 2020 as a parent. He is a father of two boys and a girl, and husband to Mariam who loves exploring the deeper meaning of life. Edmund holds a degree in Surveying and an Executive MBA from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Cape Town. He spent most of his working life in the diamond mining industry in Namibia, moving between Oranjemund and Windhoek. He enjoys the outdoors and a good game of squash. He is passionate about sustainable living and likes to get involved to make things happen.
