Salary and benefits package

Base salary (N$107,860 gross per annum depending on qualifications and experience)
Pension (10% of base salary paid to an approved retirement fund )
Responsibility Allowance structure (opportunity to apply for any advertised positions, allowance in range of N$10,218 net per annum)
Housing allowance:
Per teacher: up to N$49,896 gross per annum
Shipping allowance (in and out bound)
Per teacher: N$15,000
(payable against receipts)
Utilities Allowance
Single: N$8,732 per annum
Couple: N$9,979 per annum
(payable against receipts)
Airfare Allowance for Teacher and eligible dependants to and from the teacher's home at the beginning and end of every two-year contract
Medical Insurance for Teacher and eligible dependants
(includes out and inpatient care)
100% Tuition Fee waiver for up to two eligible dependants
